Postcards from the Crack Edge
I don't know if my boobs are shrinking or my bump has got bigger....
I can't see my own beaver anymore....
Doing my own bikini line because I'm too sensitive to waxing at the mo and I'm afraid of the chemicals in hair removal creams, is an interesting experience with a razor and hardly anything to see....
I saw an actual placenta on the TV today whilst I happened to be eating my breakfast. Trau-ma-tised...
My mother has uttered the words 'Don't forget to ask them about haemorraging after the labour now that you have anaemia'. Yeah thanks ma. Hadn't thought about that one but frickin petrified now!
Everytime I have to attempt to bend over, it's a tough call between feeling dizzy and wanting to ask myself to 'Pull my finger'...
I'm still feeling guilty because I didn't (not couldn't!) take care of my Nintendog.... I swear I am capable of caring for things...
I still haven't found the packet of stir fry or the kitchen sink plug that went mysteriously missing a couple of weeks ago. Pregnancy has screwed with my mind...
I think I am missing going to work. You'd have thought I'd enjoy a break from prima donna central but I actually miss the hissy fits. Obviously this will change within a day of being back at work...
I've gained 17lbs putting me at 8 stone 9lbs. I reckon most of it has gone in the bump, boobs and bum.
This is just a small insight into what runs through my mind now that I spend my time at home on bedrest. I think I need to borrow some of my mum's crack....

Hi
I know how you feel being stuck at home - I've been off a couple of weeks already and just been signed off for another 2 weeks today. Nightmare! Can't really comment on the pregnancy part of it though! Sounds like you're having 'fun' anyway :D
How's the house hunting going? We're doing the same at the moment, it's so bloody stressful I don't know how you've managed doing it while you're pregnant - I'd probably have killed someone by now! Good luck with everything :)

"I can't see my own beaver anymore...."
Get the boyf to take a picture and stick it on your fridge then you can see it whenever you like!, or post it on the blog and we'll all have a look!. Maybe not..
Holy shit. Placenta. My God...you'd think that mankind would have invented a better way to manufacture babies by now. Eeesh.
Wait...aren't you supposed to freeze the placenta & eat it on the child's 1st birthday or something? I think it has lots of vitamin D...
Placenta during breakfast? Eeesh! Lunch is so much better.
Hi Emily. Trust me when I say that you'll start calling the TV your friend and doing all sorts of strange things. House hunting is good. We have a place under offer but I've been afraid of tempting fate (fingers crossed) Good luck with yours x
Mick - You're a right saucy thing!
NYM - That is revolting. Who do you think I am? Katie Holmes?
Sweet - Yeuchy, yeuch, yeuch!
I am in fits of laughter, you have put a smile on my face. And god only 17lbs, well that is fab, you must be all baby. Well you looked terrific the last time I saw you and I am sure you look the same now. I would love to be 8 stone 7, still have a few more pounds to go but getting there xxx
